Travel Nurse RN - Case Management - $2,490 per week

Rang Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Case Management for a travel nursing job in Honesdale, Pennsylvania. Job Description & Requirements Specialty : Case Management Discipline : RN Start Date : 10 / 27 / 2025 Duration : 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift : 8 hours, days Employment Type : Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Case Management / Utilization Review Location : Honesdale, PA Contract Duration : 13 Weeks Shift : 5x8-Hour Day Shifts | 7 : 00 AM – 3 : 30 PM Schedule : Every other weekend and holiday rotation Weekly Gross Pay : $2,490 / week (including stipends) Key Responsibilities : Perform both case management and utilization review duties as assigned. Evaluate medical necessity, level of care, and appropriate use of hospital resources. Coordinate patient care plans and discharge processes in collaboration with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary teams. Review clinical documentation for accuracy and completeness to support reimbursement. Identify and resolve barriers to discharge and continuity of care. Maintain compliance with CMS, payer, and hospital regulations. Document all activities accurately within the EMR system. Qualifications & Requirements : Active RN License in Pennsylvania (or Compact State License). Minimum 2 years of recent experience in Case Management and Utilization Review. Strong understanding of discharge planning, insurance authorizations, and level-of-care criteria. Certifications Required : BLS (AHA).
