A small firm in West Austin, is seeking a 5 year or more 3experienced attorney to assist with its existing caseload, as well as new cases. The office currently handles all aspects of litigation and appeals in state and federal courts across the state of Texas. Cases consist primarily of mortgage and real estate litigation (and appeals) on behalf of secured lien holders, lenders, title companies and investors.

Requirements :

• Degree accredited law school
• Admission to Texas Bar Assocation
• Admission to at least one United States District Court of Texas

Assist in legal research and drafting of documents

Job Duties :

Some travel is required. In office presence is required. The salary range is commensurate with experience. It will be a combination of base salary and a commission based on the level of participation you bring to the case. A healthcare plan for the employee is included, as well as a generous PTO policy.
