Overview : Our Marshfield locations bring a wide variety

of specialties, including a comprehensive cancer care. Patients

have direct access to specialists within Marshfield Medical Center

and across the health system. We offer full residency programs

along with fellowship opportunities. In addition, the Health System

has extensive education opportunities for allied health

professionals.

Compensation and Benefits :

Competitive salary

Compensation floor of

$700,000 for the first two years of the employment contract, plus

estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally

performed wRVUs.

In addition, a $150,000

retention incentive to be paid if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 4 years

(this will be subject to a contractual agreement specifying all

details)

4 weeks of

vacation and 2 weeks CME to start
