The Strategy Analyst supports the Executive Associate AD, Strategy in building and executing the strategic roadmap for Stanford Athletics. This position plays a critical role in turning data into actionable insights, supporting decision-making across administration, varsity, recreation, and physical education programs. The analyst will blend quantitative analysis, business modeling, and creative problem-solving to inform priorities across financial sustainability, competitive excellence, and student-athlete experience. This is an on-site, one-year fixed-term position.

The expected pay range for this position is $123,000 $163,000 per annum. Stanford University provides pay ranges representing its good faith estimate of what the university reasonably expects to pay for a position. The pay offered to a selected candidate will be determined based on factors such as (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the position, the qualifications of the selected candidate, departmental budget availability, internal equity, geographic location, and external market pay for comparable jobs.
