Program Director

The Program Director leads a Division (made up of Integrated Product Teams - IPTs) in pursuit of excellence in program performance (cost, schedule and technical), and overall contract execution. The Program Director cultivates a healthy work environment for Division personnel, sustains and grows Division workload, and is supported by Chief Engineers.
