Job descriptionProven leadership experience in a front-office environment at a major options trading firm is a must Practical knowledge of financial market dynamics, including CME and equity markets Expertise in developing high-performance trading software and familiarity with FPGA technology is a plus Strong grasp of option modeling techniques and low-latency market structures is a plus Ability to develop and implement a proprietary quoting system from scratch is a plus Solid understanding of options modeling, pricing, and fitting to enhance trading strategies is a plus Competitive compensation with performance-based bonuses Cutting-edge technology and infrastructure Flat organizational structure and direct impact on trading results Collaborative, intellectually rigorous environment Strong focus on mentorship, autonomy, and growth
