We are seeking an experienced Finish Carpenter with foreman experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of commercial carpentry experience and a strong understanding in renovating restaurants, office buildings, medical buildings, warehouses, and schools. We are looking for someone who is innovative, eager for long-term growth, and willing to travel out-of-state for projects when necessary. A per diem of $35 / day is offered for commutes over 1.5 hours. Most projects are located around York, PA, with some requiring travel.

Responsibilities

• Perform commercial carpentry work with precision and attention to detail.
• Install metal hollow doors and frames efficiently.
• Handle door and window hardware installations.
• Hang and finish drywall to high standards.
• Read and interpret blueprints for accurate project execution.

Work Environment

Employees will use basic hand tools and company-supplied power tools. Work hours are from 7 : 00 am to 3 : 30 pm. Some projects may require travel within a 2-3 hour radius of York, PA, with a per diem provided for overnight stays.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00 / hr.
