Paralegal - Commercial Compliance

A company is looking for a Paralegal / Contract Specialist - Commercial and Product Compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with Product, Marketing, and Compliance teams to review product features and customer-facing materials for legal risks

Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements while managing contract workflows and ensuring timely execution

Conduct legal research on product regulation and provide administrative support to the Legal team

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and / or paralegal certification required

10+ years of paralegal experience with exposure to product support, regulatory compliance, and commercial contracts

Strong understanding of contract fundamentals and regulatory considerations

Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency with Ironclad, AI contracting tools, Slack, LawVu, Figma, Jira, and Google Workspace
