Are you a people-person with a knack for finding top talent? Were on the hunt for an energetic, motivated, and resourceful Recruiter to join our fast-paced, high-vibe recruiting team. Huge plus if you are bilingual!

What You'll Be Doing :

  • Scouting the best talent across platforms like Indeed, LinkedIn, and ZipRecruiter (hello, professional matchmaker!)
  • Interviewing, screening, and hiring candidates for a variety of exciting roles.
  • Keeping things running smoothly by managing our HRIS system, filling staffing orders, and handling new hire paperwork.
  • Leading the way with orientations and onboarding youll be the first friendly face new hires meet!
  • Building long-lasting relationships with clients and delivering A+ customer service and account management.

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience where you crushed it (bonus points for recruiting experience!).
  • Strong attention to detail and a knack for juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Someone whos excited to learn, grow, and make a difference.
  • Huge plus if you are bilingual in Spanish and English.

    Shift / Schedule :  Monday-Friday, 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm (on-site)
