Preferred Qualifications
Role Purpose
Performs clerical, secretarial and customer service functions within assigned patient care area.
Responsibilities
Coordinates all human resources functions for unit. Ensure nursing staff has all the proper paperwork required.
Works with management to ensure appropriate staffing levels on all areas. Staffs any pod, providing breaks and lunches when necessary.
Coordinates all surgical scheduling activities. Directs and monitors the flow of patients and maintain the scheduling of those patients.
Coordinates, maintains and orders inventory and supplies.
Provides clerical support for department as necessary.
