Green Key Resources is partnered with a well-established General Contractor in San Antonio that is expanding their team and seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to support upcoming ground-up and renovation projects.

About the Role

The Superintendent will be responsible for on-site leadership, schedule management, subcontractor coordination, quality control, safety compliance, and ensuring successful delivery of projects ranging from $3M–$30M.

Project Focus

We are seeking candidates who are well-versed in :

  • K-12 education projects
  • Higher education facilities
  • Municipal / public sector projects
  • Ground-up and tenant improvement (TI) projects

Qualifications

  • 5–10+ years of experience as a Superintendent
  • Proven track record overseeing commercial construction projects in the $3M–$30M range
  • Strong understanding of scheduling, site logistics, safety, and subcontractor management
  • Ability to lead field teams and maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, and trade partners
  • Experience with ground-up and renovation projects within public sector environments preferred
