About The Position

Job Title : Sterile Processor - Certified

Profession : Sterile Processor

Specialty : Central Sterile

Duration : 13 weeks

Shift : Night

Hours per Shift : 8 (11 : 00 PM - 7 : 30 AM)

Experience : Minimum of 2.5 years with at least one travel placement completed; new travelers must have over 3 years of experience.

License : Not specified

Certifications : Central Sterile certification required (CBSPD or CRCST)

Must-Have : Case cart experience is highly preferred.

Description :

Responsible for preparing sterile supplies such as sterile linen, trays, metal-wear basins, equipment, etc. for use throughout the facility.

Decontaminates, assembles, and sterilizes supplies.

Makes deliveries as designated.

Pulls surgical case carts for the Operating Room.

Position requires a high school level of educational development.

Includes every third weekend as needed.
