The Senior Compliance Business Manager will serve as a key member of the second line of defense, providing risk-based oversight, guidance, and monitoring across multiple consumer lending and servicing business lines, including Mortgage Servicing (performing only), the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) Center of Excellence (COE), Auto Servicing and Originations, and Unsecured Personal Lending. This position plays a critical role in ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements such as the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA / Reg V), including dispute handling and monitoring resolution of consent order obligations. The individual will lead and coordinate compliance-related initiatives, manage regulatory exams, and collaborate cross-functionally to support business partners. Strong communication and reporting capabilities, along with subject matter expertise in consumer lending regulations, are essential.

Our team currently operates under a hybrid work model, with employees expected to work in the office two days per week. Starting in November 2025, this expectation will increase to four days per week. The Senior Compliance Business Oversight Manager provides advice, support and objective guidance to assigned portfolio, business or function on development and maintenance of all aspects of Compliance / Center of Excellence programs in line with the Bank's risk philosophy and strategic direction.

Strong understanding of consumer protection regulations including Reg Z, Reg X, FDPA and SCRA. Credit reporting and disputes experience; Reg V / FCRA Demonstrated knowledge and experience with mortgage servicing and auto lending originations or servicing Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including executive-level reporting and presentation development. Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and basic Excel Experience in compliance project work and cross-functional initiatives. Independent thinker with sound judgment and the ability to challenge effectively. CRCM a plus.
