Our Junior Operating Partners enjoy a 5-part compensation package (based on 50 hour work week) :

• Annual earnings of $51,480-$52,910 in hourly wage
• Daily cash tip share (Earn an additional $3200-$7800 and more!)
• Operating partner bonus (Earn an additional $1560-$4680 annually)
