Requirements : Active WA License and Board-Certified

Coverage Needed :   Clinic, OR and Call

Schedule :   3 clinic days 1 OR day

Assignment Type : Clinic and Call Coverage

Requirements :  Full-scope ENT including bread and butter ENT surgery.
