Office Support Generalist
Perform office support responsibilities for the CATcard Service Center. Provide logistical support including calendars, conferences, travel and other activities. Coordinate, support and have direct involvement with marketing activities both on and off campus. Maintain and oversee expenditure records and assist in preparation of budget projections. Assist with the production of ID cards (plastic & digital) and problem resolution. Oversee and supervise student employees providing customer service. Responsible for the daily deposits and transmittals of cash and credit cards.
Minimum Qualifications (or equivalent combination of education and experience) Associates degree with one to three years of related experience or equivalent, working knowledge of software applications used to support office functions, and familiarity with Internet resources required. Familiarity with MS Office. Ability to demonstrate accuracy and initiative in independent work. Demonstrated effective written and verbal communications skills required. Demonstrated experience working as part of an office team and supporting collegial and collaborative interactions. Must be able to pass the UVM drivers test for occasional driving of University vehicle. Background check is required. Must have the ability to demonstrate an ongoing commitment to workplace diversity, sustainability, and delivering exceptional value and a great experience to customers.
Desirable Qualifications Familiarity with Salesforce, website updates, point of sale systems and social media applications.
Anticipated Pay Range $22.50 / hour -$23.85 / hour
