Salary : $90,000 - $120,000 per year

We see every type of rehabilitation patient, have sub-specialties for our therapists, and have an internal structure that allows you to grow.

We do not burn staff out. Our Therapists see 10-13 patients per day and have good work / life balance.

Job Details

Outpatient orthopedics M-F

️ What You Will Be Doing

Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans

Deliver hands-on therapy and guide patients through exercises and functional activities

Educate and motivate patients and families on recovery strategies

Administer treatments including massage, traction, and therapeutic modalities

Supervise therapy aides and assistants during patient care

Monitor and document patient progress using EHR systems

Design home exercise programs to support long-term recovery

✅ Skills You Need

Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy (Master’s or Doctorate preferred)

Current or eligible Physical Therapy license in Connecticut

At least one year of clinical experience (preferred)

Orthopedic experience (preferred)
