The F&B Manager is responsible for managing all F&B operations and delivering an excellent customer experience. The F&B Manager will forecast, plan and manage all F&B orders, staff and finance. Their goal is to maximize sales and revenue, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
Responsibilities
- Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards.
- Monitor food preparation methods, portion sizes, and garnishing and presentation of food to ensure quality and presentation is acceptable.
- Schedule and receive food and beverage deliveries, checking delivery contents to verify product quality and quantity.
- Monitor department budgets and payroll records, and review financial transactions to ensure expenditures are authorized and budgeted.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints regarding food quality, service, or accommodations.
- Must have full knowledge of the process for serving alcohol within the premises.
- Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service.
- Provide two-way communication and nurture an ownership environment with emphasis on motivation and teamwork.
- Comply with all health and safety regulations.
- Conduct alcohol and age restriction control in accordance with company policies.
- Provide superior customer service and satisfaction by being constantly visible and readily accessible to customers.
- Additional duties and responsibilities as directed by the Store General Manager.
- Conduct and monitor department inventory, submitting reports on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Train, coach, and issue disciplinary actions for department staff.
- Hold weekly staff meetings with department supervisors to discuss and resolve issues related to operations, staffing, customer service, etc.
- Maintain a floor presence of at least 90% of shift, providing sales and troubleshooting support.
Non-Essential Duties
Follows company guidelines for managing confidential information, customer satisfaction and supervising F&B associates.Ensures satisfactory maintenance, appearance, and condition of assigned facilities to comply with security, safety, and environmental codes and ordinances.Enforces compliance with all local, state, federal regulations and company policy pertaining to safety and loss prevention.Opening and closing duties to include checking all doors and setting the alarm or disengaging the alarm upon entering.Qualifications
Associates degree and 2-3 years retail management experience, preferably in the entertainment, retail or hospitality industries but not required.

Open Availability, Especially Nights and Weekends, Is Required.
We require staff that handle and serve alcohol be at least 21+.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
Work environment : The employee regularly works in a bowling center / arcade environment with high levels of noise, dust and activity; the noise level is typically loud.
Physical Demands : The employee is regularly required to bend, stretch, twist, climb and have a high level of mobility / flexibility in small spaces. The employee may need to stand and walk for extended periods and lift / move up to 100 lbs with assistance.
