Radiology Technologist

3 x 12 hour Days / Night

• Pay :
• $50,000 - $85000 / year (Negotiable depending on knowledge and experience)
• Requirements :
• Job Requirements :
• Graduate of an accredited program of Radiologic Technology.
• 2+ years of experience as a Radiology technologist licensed by the Texas Medical Board and, registered radiologic technologist by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists in Radiography (R).
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) Certification through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross.
• Job Duties :
• Prepare patients for imaging procedures and explain the process clearly.
• Position patients correctly to obtain accurate diagnostic images.
• Operate X-ray and other radiographic equipment safely and efficiently.
• Adjust equipment settings to achieve proper image exposure and quality.
• Ensure radiation safety and use protective devices for patients and staff.
• Review images for clarity and completeness before submission to the radiologist.
• Maintain and calibrate radiographic equipment as per safety standards.
• Keep detailed patient records and update imaging logs in the system.

• Mammography : 2 years (Required)
