Job descriptionVolume : 30 encounters / day clinic, 2-3 surgeries / OR day Service Area : Gem County (~18,000 population) Growth Potential : Capturing patients traveling to Boise Clinical : 2.5 days / week outpatient OR : 2 days / week surgical Admin : 0.5 day / week Flexibility : Open to 4-day work week Call : None required Hours : 8-hour days, flexible scheduling New Velas Robotic System - precision cutting, enhanced accuracy OR Team : ~8 personnel including 2 CRNAs + 2 PRN backup Management : Experienced managers (Beth / Sarah) with orthopedic background Hospital : 16-bed Critical Access with full surgical capabilities Imaging : 128-slice CT, MRI, ultrasound, X-ray Services : Full lab, 24 / 7 ED, pharmacy Total Target : $709,000+ annually Year 1 : $618,000 Base Salary : $520,000 Medical Director Stipend : $48,000 Signing / Retention Bonus : $50,000 (50% at signing, 50% at start) Production Incentives : wRVU-based $61.45 tier 1, $69.98 tier 2 Quality Bonuses : $5,000 Patient Satisfaction : $5,000 After Hours : $1,000 / procedure, $500 / consult (~$5,000 / year) Retention : 3-year commitment, prorated repayment Rural Benefits : Loan forgiveness options available Cultivate meaningful relationships with patients from diverse backgrounds and communities, enriching your clinical experience and cultural competence.
