Talent Acquisitions Specialist Responsibilities :
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, offers, and background checks.
- Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract diverse, qualified candidates.
- Review resumes, conduct phone screenings, and assess candidate qualifications.
- Schedule and facilitate interviews, ensuring clear communication and timely follow-up.
- Partner with hiring managers to align staffing needs with recruitment strategies.
- Present and negotiate job offers, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Utilize ATS and HR software to track progress, maintain records, and generate reports.
- Represent the organization at career fairs and networking events to build pipelines.
- Collaborate with staffing agencies for temporary staffing needs.
- Support onboarding by managing expectations around start dates and paperwork.
- Champion diversity recruitment initiatives and ensure equitable hiring practices.
- Stay current with recruitment trends and industry best practices.
- Contribute to the development of recruitment policies and procedures.
Talent Acquisitions Specialist Education & Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.3 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.Strong communication skills and ability to build effective relationships.Proven success in sourcing across a variety of roles.Proactive, independent, and results-driven with high accountability.Commitment to diversity and inclusion in hiring practices.Solid understanding of employment laws and compliance requirements.#INNOV2025
