Bartender

Sirrah is seeking talented, passionate, and experienced Bartenders to join our team in New York City. We pride ourselves on delivering an elevated cocktail experience in a high-energy, high-volume environment, and we’re looking for hospitality professionals who thrive under pressure while providing warm, genuine service.

Responsibilities :

Execute all aspects of the service bar and guest bar with efficiency and accuracy

Prepare and serve cocktails with consistency, precision, and creativity, showcasing extensive craft cocktail knowledge

Provide an exceptional guest experience with warm, attentive, and professional service

Maintain a clean and organized bar, including glass washing, stocking ice, replenishing garnishes, and ensuring all supplies are fully stocked throughout service

Follow all safety, sanitation, and responsible service of alcohol guidelines

Collaborate with the bar and floor team to ensure seamless service during high-volume shifts

Requirements :

Minimum 2–3 years bartending experience in a high-volume, cocktail-focused bar or restaurant

Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine

Ability to multitask and perform under pressure while maintaining attention to detail

Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude

Commitment to hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences

Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
