• Opportunities to grow include participation in building a primary care service line to support the people in the community and fostering the growth of the access strategy.
• Call rotation is with the internal medicine colleagues, which equates to a 1 in 7 days weekly call, which equates to approximately four days per month.
• There is no inpatient rounding, as they have hospitalist coverage for inpatient care.
