Overview
Digital & Social Media Marketing Specialist role within the Property Management team, supporting the Field Marketing function. You will oversee and enhance the centers' digital and social media presence by developing and executing social media and email strategies, establishing influencer partnerships, and ensuring content quality and accuracy across platforms. This role collaborates with Corporate Marketing to align digital initiatives with the centers' five-year plans and programming, prioritizing depth and content by center groupings.
What You Will Do
- Social Media Management and Execution : Create and execute tailored social media editorial plans for each center, aligned with the portfolio strategy and the unique needs of each location.
- Email Marketing Management and Execution : Oversee the centers' email programs by crafting compelling copy, selecting imagery, and tailoring content to reflect each center's five-year plans and strategic goals.
- Website Management : Regularly audit property websites to highlight priority programming and tenants, ensuring content is current and engaging.
- Influencer Program Management : Design and implement influencer engagement plans for each center, collaborating with internal and external partners to support both foundational programming and long-term objectives.
- Content Creation and Execution : Develop engaging social media posts (text, images, videos) and publish across appropriate platforms to maintain a dynamic online presence.
- Collaborative Planning : Work with Property Marketing Managers and the corporate marketing team to formulate annual social media and digital strategies, contributing to portfolio-wide content.
- Asset Library and Reporting : Maintain a regularly updated library of resources, analytics reports, and training materials for company-wide access; produce reports to showcase metrics.
What You Bring
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Proven experience in digital marketing, especially social media, email management, execution, and content creation.Experience with website content management systems and email marketing tools.Strong understanding of social media platforms, influencer marketing, and email strategies.Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.Ability to analyze digital metrics and adjust strategies to optimize engagement and ROI.Strong critical thinking and ability to prioritize / manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills; proficient with social media, email, and website management tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Dotdigital, , Meta Business Suite, Photoshop; video editing is a plus).Benefits
