Job description

Job description :

  • Collaborate with Regional Sales / Key Account Managers to assess customer demand (Forecast Management) and prepare compelling offers - and proactively follow up on them.
  • Act as the central interface between Supply Chain, Product Management, Finance, and customers - coordinating processes and ensuring smooth communication.
  • Use Salesforce daily for accurate order entry, forecasting, and customer data management.
  • Establish first contact with potential customers - proactively identifying opportunities and building relationships.
  • Be the go-to person for our customers, handling their requests quickly, professionally, and with empathy.

Required profile :

  • Completed commercial training and / or a degree in Business, Sales, or a related field with 1-3 years' experience in an international environment.
  • Communicative and customer-oriented mindset - you enjoy connecting with people and supporting them.
  • Proactive, independent, and reliable personality with a flair for teamwork.
  • Creative problem-solver who likes to bring in fresh ideas.
  • Passion for technology and innovation - eager to learn and grow with us.
  • Proficient in MS Office; Salesforce experience is a plus.
