Job Overview : As a Licensed Mental Health Professional at Ultra Health, you will play a vital role in supporting the emotional and psychological well-being of residents in senior care communities. Working collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team, you will deliver high-quality psychotherapy and help foster a supportive environment where residents can explore their experiences, manage challenges, and enhance their sense of purpose and well-being.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based psychotherapy services to residents within senior living environments, which may include long-term care, assisted living, and independent living facilities.
• Facilitate individual, group, family, and crisis intervention sessions using appropriate therapeutic modalities.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments, formulate DSM-5based diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and facility personnel to ensure coordinated, holistic care.
• Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant documentation in the facilitys EMR system, utilizing appropriate ICD-10 coding.
• Adhere to HIPAA, state, and federal regulations while upholding ethical standards of clinical practice.
