Dental Director

Overview :

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dental Director to lead our dental team in beautiful Crescent City, California . Schedule :

We currently operate on 12-hour rotating shifts for optimal flexibility and extended time off :

Rotation 1 : Sunday Tuesday, 8 : 00 AM 8 : 00 PM

Rotation 2 : Wednesday Thursday, 8 : 00 AM 8 : 00 PM; Friday, 8 : 00 AM 2 : 00 PM

Enjoy 7 days off every other week!

Key Responsibilities :

Provide high-quality general dental care to patients across all age groups.

Lead, mentor, and support the dental team to ensure exceptional patient care and positive outcomes.

Collaborate with the clinic s medical and administrative leadership to align dental services with the organization s mission and goals.

Oversee compliance with all applicable dental practice regulations, infection control standards, and clinical policies.

Manage and optimize patient flow, scheduling, and productivity to meet organizational benchmarks.

Foster a welcoming and compassionate patient experience that reflects the clinic s commitment to community-centered care.

Qualifications :

DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.

Active California dental license (or eligibility for licensure).

Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience preferred; prior leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred.

Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.

Commitment to serving rural and underserved populations with empathy and respect.

Compensation & Benefits :

Salary : $225,000 per year

Bonus : $25 per billable patient encounter

Relocation Assistance : $9,000
