Hospitality Manager
The Hospitality Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of service and food quality, and managing the overall guest experience. This role requires a proactive leader who can motivate and manage a team to deliver exceptional service and maintain a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, training, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
