Job Summary
We are seeking a Behavioral Therapist to join our team! In this role you will facilitate and implement group and individual therapies for children and adults with autism and other neurodivergences. If you are a high school graduate or higher who wants to make a difference in your community and your clients' lives, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
Utilize Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques to target socially significant behaviors.Implement ABA methods to improve clients' life and independence skills.Apply ABA techniques to reduce challenging behaviors.Collaborate with other service providers.Deliver behavior intervention plans, treatment plans, and behavior goals.Conduct data collection.Qualifications
Associates degree or higher preferred (high school diploma required)Bilingual, Spanish speaking preferred, but not required.Punctual, dedicated, and dependable individuals with a passion for helping others.Previous experience as a behavioral therapist preferred but not requiredBasic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certifiedNegative TB resultsReliable transportation and valid CA drivers licensePass a criminal background checkAvailability : Must have AT LEAST Monday-Friday, 3 pm-8 pm available.Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsHighly organized
