Offer Package Outline :

Hospital Employed

Starting Salary : $450,000 base, plus wRVU Production Incentive once physician meets MGMA median threshold

PTO 30 PTO days (includes vacation, personal, & sick) plus 7 holidays and 3 CME

Sign-on Bonus : $25,000

Paid Relocation up to $10,000

Annual CME allowance up to $3,000

Malpractice Insurance

Health Insurance : 85 percent paid for individual, family coverage available at additional cost

Dental Insurance : Fully paid individual policy, family coverage available at additional cost

Life Insurance : Amount equal to one-times earnings up to a limit of $150,000 (additional coverage available at employee s expense)
