Plexos Group is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Scheduler to support a critical Water Treatment Program in Las Vegas, NM. This role is essential to ensuring the successful planning, execution, and delivery of infrastructure and environmental projects. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and a proven track record of managing complex schedules in construction or utility-related programs.  Position will be a Hybrid position that will require some onsite presence.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to gather schedule inputs and updates
• Monitor progress and identify potential delays or risks to the project timeline
• Generate reports and dashboards to communicate schedule status to stakeholders
• Support resource planning and forecasting activities
• Ensure schedule compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements
• Participate in project meetings and provide scheduling expertise
