A company is looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR).
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound outreach, including cold and warm calls, to identify and engage prospective clients
Qualify leads and schedule introductory meetings for the full lifecycle sales organization
Maintain accurate activity and lead qualification records within internal systems
Required Qualifications
Prior professional experience in business, sales, or customer-facing roles; this is not an entry-level position
Demonstrated experience with cold calling or outbound prospecting
Background in technology, account management, customer success, or similar relationship-oriented fields is strongly preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred, though not required
Ability to work onsite for the first four weeks; hybrid schedule available thereafter
