$350,000 to $400,000 per year

  • Be part of a collaborative neonatology team within a robust regional network
  • Primary site is a high-acuity Level III NICU with strong MFM and subspecialty support
  • Average NICU census of 36 with 7k annual deliveries system-wide
  • Opportunity to manage complex cases, including micropreemies and surgical neonates
  • Supported by a well-structured team, including NPs and scribes
  • Utilize the Epic EMR system and contribute to neonatal transport coordination efforts
