Job descriptionGeneral ENT practice with a high-volume patient base. Offices in Port Orange and Palm Coast, with the Ormond office at full capacity. Access to imaging centers at each location. Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology. Completion of an accredited medical school and residency program. Strong clinical knowledge and excellent communication skills. Passion for building a thriving ENT practice and serving the Volusia County community. About The Position
About Us
Coastal Ear Nose and Throat has been serving the Volusia County community for years with 5 ENTs and 3.5 audiologists. We see patients in three clinics. Our practice handles a high volume of patients, particularly in the office. We also perform a significant number of in-office sinus cases.
Opportunity Highlights
Coastal Ear Nose and Throat is looking for a General Otolaryngologist to join our busy team with a partnership track.
This position offers :
- A competitive salary and a partnership track with a highly respected private practice.
- A mix of clinical and surgical responsibilities, with one day per week at the hospital and three days in the clinic.
- A call schedule of 1 : 4 covering one hospital.
- A low call burden, no trauma call.
- The opportunity for a Rhinology or Otology specialist, with a patient mix of 50 / 50 or 75 / 25 splits with General Otolaryngology.
- Each physician has a scribe and MA to support efficient patient encounters.
- Current providers average 30+ patients per day. No minimum / maximum expectations.
- Abundant surgery opportunities.
