Associate, Asset And Wealth Management Location Strategy
The Asset and Wealth Management Location Strategy team is part of the Finance & Business Management function and plays a crucial role in guiding strategic headcount direction by utilizing Global Real Estate reporting. This team is instrumental in reducing vacancies and optimizing the entire Asset and Wealth Management footprint. Additionally, the team is responsible for managing ongoing Resiliency and Regulatory deliverables while implementing a top-tier "Workplace of the Future." This role presents an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of strategic planning and innovation within the organization.
As an Associate within the Asset and Wealth Management Location Strategy team, you will serve as the subject matter expert for tactical project activities across the organization. You will provide support with a specific focus on project and move execution, seat management, reporting and data analytics, and ongoing Resiliency & Regulatory deliverables (Appendix 22, Divestiture Playbook, Smart Access). You will interact with all levels of Finance & Business Management partners across Asset and Wealth Management.
Job Responsibilities
- Enhance and optimize critical indicators / key metrics for assessing space efficiency and utilization
- Partner with India team to develop and publish reporting to business CFOs and Business Heads and automation team to boost overall team efficiency and productivity
- Refine and maintain the self-service portal job aids, tools, engagement instructions, report links
- Manage implementation of seat booking solutions in partnership with the Corporate tools team; including training and communications as well as ongoing monitoring of the troubleshooting inbox
- Manage the AWM location guidance for HLP planning (i.e. building exits and new / expansion locations)
- Manage data hygiene and ongoing data cleanup projects
- Act as primary AWM Location Strategy contact for moves and move planning including but not limited to, initial development of stack plans and the scheduling of compliance reviews, while maintaining a project tracking framework for seamless and efficient status reporting of all AWM projects
