Job descriptionEnsure timely and correct posting of all cash receipts. Timely processing of Accounts Payable Invoices, including coordinating with other business functions to ensure validity / correctness. General Ledger Accounting and Account Reconciliations. Assistance with Internal / External Audits. Maintenance of Operating Procedures. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related business field. Knowledge of US Accounting principles. Strong communication skills. Strong Computer Literacy, preferably proficient in SAP. Strong Excel skills. Self directed, ability to work under minimal supervision, self-starter, ability to multi-task and prioritize work. Ability to collaborate and communicate with different levels in the organization (peers, operation managers, senior leaders, operators etc.). Understanding of basic internal controls.
