The Restaurant General Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily operations, including team leadership, guest satisfaction, financial performance, and compliance with company standards. Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Assistant Managers and team members to achieve operational excellence.
• Recruit, interview, and onboard top talent, ensuring the right people are in the right roles.
• Model company values by providing exceptional guest service and fostering a positive, respectful work environment.
• Manage administrative tasks including payroll, scheduling, inventory, ordering, and cash handling.
• Monitor and achieve financial goals related to sales, labor, food cost, and overall profitability.
• Enforce safety, sanitation, and security policies to protect guests, employees, and assets.
• Create an engaging work culture where team members feel motivated, valued, and empowered.
