Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and guidance to front desk agents throughout shifts, ensuring service excellence and adherence to brand standards.
- Check owners and guests in and out of the property, answering inquiries and delivering service at all times.
- Act as Manager on Duty as needed and respond to emergency calls.
- Resolve guest concerns or complaints and refer to appropriate personnel when required.
- Train and direct new department employees, ensuring compliance with quality standards and policies.
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to enhance communication and guest satisfaction.
- Maintain room inventory status to optimize revenue and meet guest expectations.
- Supervise front office activities, complete performance appraisals, and address team member issues.
- Adhere to attendance, scheduling, and company standards for successful performance.
Qualifications
Associate's degree or college diploma (or equivalent experience).Minimum 2 years of management or supervisory experience.Experience related to front office operations or hospitality industry.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interpret complex documents.Intermediate computer proficiency and basic mathematical skills.Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities.Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including holidays and weekends.Preferred Qualifications
BA / BS degree.VOICE certification.4+ years of related experience.4+ years of management experience.Benefits
