Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and guidance to front desk agents throughout shifts, ensuring service excellence and adherence to brand standards.
  • Check owners and guests in and out of the property, answering inquiries and delivering service at all times.
  • Act as Manager on Duty as needed and respond to emergency calls.
  • Resolve guest concerns or complaints and refer to appropriate personnel when required.
  • Train and direct new department employees, ensuring compliance with quality standards and policies.
  • Coordinate with other hotel departments to enhance communication and guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain room inventory status to optimize revenue and meet guest expectations.
  • Supervise front office activities, complete performance appraisals, and address team member issues.
  • Adhere to attendance, scheduling, and company standards for successful performance.

Qualifications

  • Associate's degree or college diploma (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 2 years of management or supervisory experience.
  • Experience related to front office operations or hospitality industry.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interpret complex documents.
  • Intermediate computer proficiency and basic mathematical skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including holidays and weekends.
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • BA / BS degree.
  • VOICE certification.
  • 4+ years of related experience.
  • 4+ years of management experience.
