As a Strategic Account Executive (SAE) for CVS Health, you will serve as a senior level liaison for our PBM clients. This is an excellent opportunity to work with leadership teams both internally and externally. As a seasoned healthcare sales professional, you will use your expertise to grow our business through renewal, retention, and up-sell of existing clients. In this role, you will be dedicated to a large regional Health Plan leading their Commercial, Exchange, Medicaid, and Medicare lines of business.
Your duties will include :
Your success as a Strategic Account Executive will be driven by your ability to grow revenue for the assigned book of business and achieving exceptional client satisfaction scores. You will function as a leader for the account team and your ability to influence others to deliver results for your client will also be a key factor in your success. Your understanding of the PBM and managed care environment as well as keeping up to date on market trends will enable you to position CVS Health programs and solutions effectively to client decision makers. The contributions you will make as a Strategic Account Executive will position CVS Health for long term growth in the competitive PBM marketplace.
This position can be located anywhere in the U.S. with the ability to work remotely or in a CVS Corporate Hub and support the Hawaii Time Zone business hours. You must have the ability to travel up to 20%. Travel may require but is not limited to flights, overnight stays, local travel, travel on short notice and other travel deemed necessary by the Company. The client you will support is in the Hawaii Time Zone.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is : $90,480.00 - $199,144.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
