Part-Time Licensed Massage Therapist at The Spa at Litchfield Hills

Location : Litchfield, CT

destination for luxury spa and salon services since 2004. We offer expert massage, skincare, nail, and hair services in an elegant and serene environment.

Position Overview :

We are currently seeking a Part-Time Licensed Massage Therapist to join our talented team.

This role is ideal for a skilled and compassionate LMT who is looking to build a consistent

schedule while delivering exceptional, customized care to our valued guests.

Responsibilities :

  • Perform a range of massage and bodywork services including Swedish, Deep Tissue,

Hot Stone, Pregnancy, Lymphatic Drainage, Reflexology, CBD massage, and

specialized offerings like OSEA Vagus Nerve treatments.

  • Collaborate with guests to tailor each session to their needs, providing optimal comfort

    • and results.

  • Maintain treatment spaces to spa standards, ensuring a soothing, hygienic environment.
  • Ensure the treatment room remains clean and organized throughout the shift.
  • Adhere to hygiene and sanitation protocols.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and foster a positive client experience.
  • Cultivate positive client relationships through professional communication and

    • outstanding service.

    Qualifications :

  • Active and valid Connecticut Massage Therapy License.
  • Proficient in Swedish and Deep Tissue massage; experience with additional therapeutic

    • modalities is a plus.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a team-oriented attitude.
  • Dependable, professional, and passionate about wellness and holistic care.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Weekend and evening availability preferred.
