Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities :

As a Tax Specialist at H&R Block, you will work with a dedicated team focused on providing the training necessary for your success. You will enjoy the flexibility and opportunity for additional earnings, making it easy to balance work and life.

• Conduct tax interviews with clients both in-person and via virtual methods including video, phone, chat, and email.
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns for clients.
• Drive business growth, enhance client retention, and propose additional products and services.
• Offer IRS support to clients as needed.
• Contribute to office goals through teamwork and collaboration.
• Expand your knowledge and expertise in taxation.

Pay Range : $11.00 - $27.00 / hr. Individual pay decisions will be made based on job-related factors such as experience, education, skill, performance, and location. Successful candidates may qualify for various incentive compensation plans. Eligible associates may enroll in medical coverage and additional benefits.
