KIPP SoCal Public Schools is a nonprofit organization that operates 20 tuition-free open-enrollment charter public schools within 17 Local Education Agencies (LEA) educating more than 10000 students and supporting 8300 alumni to and through college and beyond. Who Were Looking For

This Dean role opening is an instructional staff and manager position for KIPP Philosophers Academy (5GR-8GR) in Watts. Start date can be immediate.

The Deans job is to support the school leader and / or Assistant School Leader in driving academic and character outcomes for students as a key member of the schools leadership team. Deans lead both instruction and school culture. The dean will work in conjunction with the school leader and other members of the school leadership team to invest a team of mission-driven educators to execute on the necessary components to meet the vision of the school.
