Senior Back End Software Engineer

What You'll Be Doing :

Collaborate within Agile teams to design, develop, test, implement, and provide support for technical solutions using full-stack development tools and technologies.

Stay updated on the latest tech trends, explore and learn new technologies, and actively engage with technology communities while mentoring fellow engineers.

Work with digital product managers to deliver powerful cloud-based solutions that help millions of Americans achieve financial empowerment.

Utilize programming languages like Java, Python, SQL, Node, Go, and Scala, as well as various Open Source RDBMS and NoSQL databases, plus Container Orchestration tools including Docker and Kubernetes, along with a diverse set of AWS tools and services.

Basic Qualifications :

Bachelor's Degree.

At least 3 years of professional software engineering experience (Internship experience does not count).

Preferred Qualifications :

5+ years of experience in at least one of the following languages : Java, Scala, Python, Go, or Node.js.

1+ years of experience with cloud services such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.

1+ years of experience in building, scaling, and optimizing machine learning (ML) systems.

1+ years of experience with recognized ML frameworks like scikit-learn, PyTorch, Dask, Spark, or TensorFlow.

3+ years of experience using open source frameworks.

2+ years of experience working in Agile environments.

Compensation for this role includes a competitive salary range and potential performance-based incentives. Salary ranges for this role are $144,200 - $164,600 based on location.
