About The Position

Job Title : RN Oncology

Hours per Shift : 36

Experience : Strong hematology / oncology experience in high-acuity inpatient settings

License : Active RN license

Certifications : ONS chemo-immunotherapy certification, Oncology Certified RN (OCN) credential (preferred)

Must-Have :

Experience with bone marrow transplant (BMT)

Experience with CAR T therapy

Experience with inpatient oncology research patients

Description :

Provide competent, compassionate, and individualized nursing care for patients and families.

Collaborate closely with the Nursing Director and multidisciplinary Patient Care Team to achieve optimal outcomes.

Partner directly with patients and families to meet their needs and expectations.

Deliver care that is safe, holistic, efficient, effective, and timely, while honoring each patient's cultural, spiritual, and individual values.

Position available on a rotating schedule including weekends and holidays.

Nurse / Patient Ratio : 1 : 3 day shift; 1 : 4 night shift
