Sales Applications Engineer III

Overview

The Sales Applications Engineer III provides pre-sales design and post-sales product support to equipment owners, installing contractors, customers, and the outside sales team for Engineered to Order (ETO) products. Supports inside / outside sales and manufacturing in all manner of technical refrigeration product questions and issues. This position will serve our Heat Transfer Products Group Division , located in Scottsboro, AL Lawrenceville, GA , or Ontario, CA

Responsibilities

• Develop quotations and documentation for Engineered to Order solutions to meet customer needs
• Assist field organization with rapid and accurate responses to all technical product inquiries
• Work with Engineering and Quality teams to solve field problems
• Assist in developing and maintaining technical literature, IOMs, tech bulletins, etc.
• Site visits to support product issues or customer requests for HTPG support personnel
• Support customer visits to the factory, meet with customers and make presentations
• Some field travel may be required
• Support and participate in archive team activities in support of all Company departments
• Responsible for complying with good business practice ethics and completing government required survey forms
• Communicate effectively with customers, internal and external via telephone, fax, and e-mail
• Other duties as assigned
