Description :

Join our team and provide exceptional care as a Physical Therapist.

We are committed to delivering personalized rehabilitation services to our patients.

This role involves working closely with patients and their caregivers.

You will help patients live fulfilling and rewarding lives.

As a Physical Therapist, you will serve in a home health setting.

You will manage a caseload, which includes supervising physical therapist assistants.

Your responsibilities will consist of admissions, assessments, and functional evaluations.

You can expect to conduct a minimum of 5 to 6 visits per day.

Successful candidates will be autonomous, motivated, self-directed, and organized.

There may be a requirement to be on-call for one weekend every 4-6 weeks.
