Our Family Nurse Practitioners have a passion for working with the underserved in our community and practicing wide scope family medicine with a multi-disciplinary approach.

Duties :

Providing excellent primary care for every member of our community from newborns to seniors in an outpatient setting Being a part of a forward-thinking integrated care model with high collaboration and support between departments

Qualifications :

Valid CA Nurse Practitioner license. Board Certified. Must be eligible to apply for 103 NP certification by BRN; if not already approved Chapa-De recognizes that our strength lies in our people.
