IAM Support Specialist - Ashley Furniture
Position Overview
As an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Support Specialist at Ashley Furniture, you will be responsible for managing and supporting the company's identity and access management systems, ensuring secure access control, and maintaining user authentication protocols across our enterprise applications and systems.
Technical Requirements
- Proficiency in IAM tools and technologies (Azure AD, Okta, or similar)
- Experience with SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect protocols
- Knowledge of LDAP, Active Directory, and directory services
- Understanding of security best practices and compliance frameworks
- Familiarity with Single Sign-On (SSO) implementation and maintenance
- Experience with identity lifecycle management tools
- Knowledge of PowerShell, Python, or other scripting languages
- Understanding of REST APIs and web services
- Experience with security information and event management (SIEM) tools
Key Responsibilities
Manage user access rights and permissions across multiple systems and applicationsConfigure and maintain IAM tools and systems including user provisioning and de-provisioningImplement and maintain Single Sign-On (SSO) solutionsMonitor and respond to IAM-related security incidents and access violationsDevelop and maintain IAM policies, procedures, and documentationProvide technical support for identity-related issues and access requestsConduct regular access reviews and compliance auditsImplement automated solutions for identity lifecycle managementCollaborate with security teams to investigate and resolve identity-related security incidentsMaintain and optimize directory services and user authentication systemsCreate and maintain user access reports for compliance purposesSupport integration of new applications with existing IAM infrastructureProvide training and guidance to end-users on IAM tools and processesParticipate in on-call rotation for critical IAM system supportEducation and Experience Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field3-5 years of experience in IAM administration and support, or related experienceRelevant technical certifications (e.g., Microsoft, AWS, or IAM-specific certifications) preferredDemonstrated experience with identity management systems and security protocolsExperience in retail or enterprise-level organizations preferred but not requiredRequired Skills
