Collections Position at Cardinal Health
Finance oversees the accounting, tax, financial plans and policies of the organization, establishes and maintains fiscal controls, prepares and interprets financial reports, oversees financial systems and safeguards the organization's assets. Collections is responsible for the collection of outstanding accounts receivable. This includes dispute research, developing payment plans with customers, and building relationships of trust with customers and internal business partners. Responsibilities include managing BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) partner for designated area, management reporting on results, risks, opportunities, trends as well as ad hoc as needed, operational excellence mindset to drive improvement efforts for on-shore and / or off-shore teams, project management mindset to drive collaborative efforts across multiple teams, business to business collections - problem solving with customer on payment issues, and travel possible up to 10%. Qualifications include a bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred, and 8-12 years of experience, preferred. What is expected of you and others at this level includes managing department operations and supervising professional employees, front line supervisors and / or business support staff, participating in the development of policies and procedures to achieve specific goals, ensuring employees operate within guidelines, decisions have a short term impact on work processes, outcomes and customers, interacting with subordinates, peers, customers, and suppliers at various management levels; may interact with senior management, and gaining consensus from various parties involved.
Anticipated salary range : $87,700-$131,565. Bonus eligible : Yes.
