Ledcor is seeking experienced Superintendents to support large-scale fiber-to-the-home deployment projects across multiple states. In this role, you will oversee daily field operations, develop project plans, and monitor performance. You will demonstrate expertise in anticipating client needs, delivering solutions, and mentoring team members. Essential Responsibilities :

• Ensure projects meet approved plans, specifications, and building codes
• Lead the development of Project Quality Plans and Safety Programs, and oversee incident investigations
• Review and update construction schedules, address delays, and contribute to project schedules
• Estimate activity durations and materials for complex projects
• Working knowledge of reporting and tracking of financial aspects of the project
• Participate in subcontractor and supplier selection, procurement, and negotiations
• Set priorities and allocate resources as needed for the entire field team
• Provide leadership and mentorship to project staff and Superintendents
